Log in to your dashboard at app.funlingua.online. Go to Upcoming Lessons and use the Reschedule or Cancel option. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the lesson incur no charge.
If you experience a technical failure during a lesson that prevents you from completing it, contact us immediately at support@funlingua.net with your lesson ID. We will reschedule or refund the affected session.
Read the DLI Method page first, then visit Become a Teacher and submit an application. The $99 DLI certification workshop is the next step after your application is reviewed.
Unused lessons in a package can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus any lessons already taken. Contact us with your order details and we'll calculate the refund amount.
