The guarantee applies to trial lessons only. Regular lessons and packages are governed by our standard cancellation policy.
- Lessons beyond the first trial session
- Packages where lessons have been partially used
- No-shows without 24-hour notice
- Requests submitted more than 24 hours after the session
How to request a refund

Contact us within 24 hours
Email support@funlingua.net or use the contact form. Include your name and lesson date. No explanation required.

We confirm within 4 hours
During working hours we confirm receipt and initiate the refund immediately. Outside working hours, we confirm the next working day.

Refund processed in 3–5 days
Returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 3–5 business days.
A note on teacher payment: When a refund is issued on a trial lesson, the teacher is still compensated for their time from FunLingua's platform share. We believe teachers should not bear the cost of a student's change of mind. This is part of being a teacher-first platform.
